Acupuncture

Gentle fine sterile Japanese-style needles are used to activate specific points to regualte the Meridans. These treatments stimulate the flow of Qi & blood whilst clearing energy blockages (pain) throughout the entire body, increasing normal body functions including immune support.

 

Chinese Herbs

Chinese Patent Herbal formulas are individually prescribed and available for purchase. Herbal medicine alongside regular Acupuncture treatments can be very benefical to one's wellness and health. Chinese Herbal Medicine is considered an integrated system (TCM) with Acupuncture which dates back thousands of years.

 

Cupping

Glass suction cups are applied to many  areas of the body, and are used often in the treatment of many different conditions from the common cold, respitatory conditions, sports injuries and tight muscles. This type of treatment is excellent at providing relief from certain conditions including sciatica.

 

Moxibustion 

This therapy is applied in most treatments at Soulqi. Japanese Gold moxa is placed on acu-points to stimulate the flow of Qi and resolve energy blockages within the Meridans. Other forms of Moxa are also used, including smokeless moxa sticks and needle head moxa. These treatment forms are then beneficial in numerous conditions including turning breach presentation in pregnancy, relief from tight muscles and even alleviation from migranes.
